To place an order you must select the interested articles in your shopping cart. You will then need to create a customer account to finalize your order. Fill in your personal information, delivery and billing address, finally, finish your order by choosing the delivery method.

Yes, you can fill your basket in several stores, without losing its content.
You can navigate between stores using the "Our Stores" tab at the top and bottom of each web page and select the products you like. Your order may then include items from different locations.
How can I contact the online store customer service?
You can contact us directly by clicking on "Contact us", in the Home page, you will then have to fill out a form.
Are the products the same on your e-commerce site and in your stores?
No, the ranges of items offered in the store are wider and also depend on the temporary exhibitions at the time. Online store sites offer you a more refined choice and web exclusives.
Where can I find the 0€ souvenir notebank?
The 0€ souvenir notebank is not sold on Culturespaces online store sites. However, you will find it at the cash desks in Culturespaces museums and historic sites.
Where can I find the posters and passe-partouts?
Exhibition posters and passe-partouts are exclusively sold in museum shops and tourist sites.
Can I buy an entrance ticket for the museum or an exhibition in the Online Store?
No, the online store and online ticketing are two different things.

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipping, you can cancel your order, you just have to contact us using the "Contact us" form, indicating your order number.
Any order sent cannot be canceled. You will have to wait to receive your order and then return it to us for reimbursement.
My order is a gift : can I send it to another receiver? Can you remove the invoice from the package?
