Notebook Akseli Gallen-Kallela

The Flower and Death (detail) is a woodcut made by the Finnish painter Akseli Gallen-Kallela in 1895. This work particularly illustrates the evolution in the painter's style, moving from naturalism to symbolism, and it is naturally that it calls for art and drawing.  

Find this engraving on this notebook with plain white pages, created for the exhibition dedicated to the painter and organized at the Jacquemart André Museum (in 2022).
