Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild collection
This superb necklace created by designer Joâ Grenier takes us back to the late 19th century.
Made of pearl-white and Czech crystal and Chinese emanel beads, it combines all the elements of the tasteful style that marked the" fin de siècle" period in France. As an avid art collector, the Baroness Ephrussi de Rothschild surrounded herself with objects not only from Europe, but also from the Far East, where the manufacturing of Chinese enamel beads and marquetry was considered an art in itself.
It is mounted on string, and closes with a silver-coloured, antique style clasp. A matching bracelet and earrings are also available. Length : 52 cmHandmade, creation by Joâ Grenier for the Villa Ephrussi de RothschildMade in Quebec, Canada
