This charming necklace created by designer Joâ Grenier is named after the Augustalia, the Roman festival celebrated in honour of the Emperor Augustus.  In 95 A.D., magnificent festivities were held in Nemausus (Nîmes), with seven days of celebrations including games, ceremonies and banquets.

This piece of jewellery is made of flat, painted and varnished mother-of-pearl beads and Austrian crystals. It is mounted on string, and closes with an antique style gilded metal clasp. A matching bracelet and earrings are also available.
